We'll give you a quote and you can decide if we embroider or we can supply blank, no problem either way.

What is your normal turnaround?

This is the process: Once you have approved your branding order it will take about 5 days before you see a final proof.
It will then take about 5 working days from the approval of the proof to despatch.
In some cases with multiple processes this can be longer, and if you need it sooner you can request and if possible we will oblige.

What are your minimums?

Usually no minimums but unfortunately small runs push unit prices up.

What sort of artwork do I need to provide?

For embroidery we don't need much, just a jpg or similar large enough for our digitiser to see the detail in the logo.

For screen printing or transfers it's a little different. We need a vector graphic for these techniques - ai, cdr, eps, svg, pdf.

I don't know what technique is best?

Sure, branding options can be a little overwhelming. We'll help you get it right, which might be with embroidery, screen printing or Supacolour transfers. Different garments and different logos suit different techniques. Give us a call.

What if I dont have great art?

We have a comprehensive redraw service available, when you contact us tell us thats all you have and we will sort it from there.

Can you PMS colour match threads?

Yes you can – click here for a handy converter on the Maderia site. We cannot vouch for its accuracy!

We also use this spreadsheet internally to choose our colours. These are colour we have matched,
and they are pretty good. Where there are 2, the colour sits between the 2 threads chosen.
